Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will give you total authority over your e-mailbox accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can redirect email messages from one email mailbox account to another, set up e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your mail accounts against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable e-mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming email messages on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and set the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Just specify the email account you want to forward mails from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
